Men sitting in a circle
THE PRACTICE

The Weekly Circle

Two hours. One question. A room full of men who refuse to pretend.

THE EXPERIENCE

What It Feels Like

The first time, you'll probably sit with your arms crossed. That's fine. Every man in the room has been there.

Then the breathwork starts, and the noise dims. Someone speaks — and you realize nobody's performing. No advice. No fixing. Just men showing up, exactly as they are.

"By the end of the two hours, something has shifted. Not because anyone solved your problems — but because you were heard. Fully. Maybe for the first time."

There is no script. No performance. You speak when you're ready and listen when you're not. Every man in the circle has sat exactly where you're sitting.

YOUR FIRST STEP

The Conversation

Everything begins with a 30-minute conversation with one of our facilitators. Not a sales pitch — an honest check-in to see if the circle aligns with what you're navigating in life.

"A private space to share where you are, ask questions, and determine if this circle is right for you."

You'll speak directly with Nano, Daniel, or Irving — men who've done this work themselves and know how to hold the space so you can be real.

THE STRUCTURE

How a Session Works

Our weekly 2-hour facilitated circle follows a structured, time-tested three-step sequence. Here is what it looks like from the inside.

OPENING

First: Starting the Circle

The facilitator opens the space. Everyone sits. Then the breathwork begins — a few minutes of shared breathing that pulls you out of your week and into the room. Same air. Same stillness. The noise outside dims.

Then comes the question: "Where has your heart been this last week?"

Each man gets five uninterrupted minutes. No one jumps in with advice. No one tries to fix it. The room just holds space — and for most men, it's the first time anyone has listened to them like that. You speak when you're ready. If you're not, you pass. No pressure, no judgment.

THE WORK

Second: Where We Go Deep

After every man has shared, the facilitator takes the room deeper. Into the patterns you keep repeating. The stories you tell yourself. The things you've been avoiding because looking at them means something has to change.

This is where brothers challenge each other — not to tear down, but to hold a mirror. Someone will ask the question you've been dodging. Someone else will name the thing you were dancing around. It's uncomfortable. It's supposed to be.

"The work isn't what someone says to you. It's what you hear yourself say out loud for the first time."

Nobody does this alone. The room holds you while you do it. That's the whole point of the circle — you're supported in going somewhere you wouldn't go by yourself.

THE CLOSE

Third: Closing the Circle

The last few minutes belong to the shift. Two hours ago, these men walked in carrying something. Now the weight is different — not gone, but shared. Lighter.

Before the circle closes, every man names one thing he's taking with him. A quote that landed. A moment that cracked something open. A commitment he's making to himself this week. Something small, something real.

Then you sign off. And the room stays with you — not as pressure, but as proof that you showed up for yourself. That's the practice. That's what keeps men coming back, week after week.

Voices from the Circle

I thought this was going to be another high-pressure 'alpha male' group. I was completely wrong. This is a place where men are honest, real, and support each other without the BS.
Tomas, 1 year in brotherhood
The weekly sessions have become my anchor. No matter how chaotic my week is, knowing I have a dedicated space to show up, speak honestly, and be heard by other men keeps me grounded.
David, 3 years in brotherhood
When my marriage was falling apart, I didn't know who to turn to. The men in this brotherhood didn't judge me or try to fix my life; they just stood by me. I didn't have to carry the weight alone.
